When we obtain a job order from our client company, we conduct a database search to identify candidates who match job qualifications.

In cases where our database does not identify an appropriate match, we explore alternative sources to find the right match.

We then interview clients before we forward their resume to our client company.

We send an email broadcast to clients who match qualifications in order to ascertain their interest in the position.
